This video is about the greeting word which is “謹賀新年(kingashinnen)”. It is for Japanese new year’s cards and the most useful in some greeting words because you can use this phrase to whoever they are.
Japanese people usually think about who they are and choose some words for them.We call them “keigo” but you don’t have to care about it in this case.

kingashinnen means “the happy new year”.
kin is for respectful
ga is for pleasure
sin is for new
nen is for year
Japanese kanji has meaning in every single character. But once there are two more kanjis, they have different meaning.
